2. OBJECT
The present conditions shall regulate the use that the Provider makes available to the users of the Website, and they are intended to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.
Through the Website, the Provider provides Users with access to various contents, services, information and data (the “Contents”), made available to Users by the Provider or by third party service and content providers.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision. Therefore, if the user does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, he/she must refrain from using this website.
The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without there being any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such modifications, with publication on the provider’s website being understood to be sufficient.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the city of Santiago de Compostela, except in cases in which the forum corresponds to the domicile of the consumer.
